摘 要:为提升物联网工程专业人才培养质量,实现与物联网行业零距离接轨的培养模式,基于产教融合,对物联网人才培养模式进行了探索。首先,调研并分析了物联网专业教学现状及存在的不足;然后,结合物联网专业近年来教学和改革的经验,以校企合作为抓手,探索“3+1”协同育人的人才培养模式,提出了课程体系、教学方法等的优化和创新方法;最后,总结了本校物联网工程专业人才培养成效,结果表明,该人才培养模式能够增强学生学习兴趣和自信心增强,提升其综合素质和应用能力。In order to improve the training quality of IoT engineering professionals and realize the training mode of zero-distance connection with the IoT industry,based on the integration of production and education,the personnel training mode of the IoT is explored.Firstly,the current teaching situation of IoT specialty and its shortcomings are investigated and analyzed.Then,combined with the teaching and reform experience of the specialty in recent years,taking the cooperation between school and enterprise as the key point,the“3+1”cooperative talent training mode is explored,and the optimization and innovation methods of curriculum system and teaching methods are put forward.Finally,the results of the training of IoT engineering professionals in our school are summarized.The results show that the personnel training mode can enhance students’learning interest and self-confidence,and improve their comprehensive quality and application ability.
