摘　　要：文章通过解读我国现行国家及地方公共图书馆法规中有关馆员专业化内容,阐述了图书馆员专业化深受制度设计影响,图书馆员学科专业背景日趋多元化,行业组织推动图书馆员专业化发展的公共图书馆馆员专业化发展现状。为促进公共图书馆馆员专业化建设,提出以下策略:修订法规以支持馆员专业化发展,明确公共图书馆馆员专业化角色定位,转变图书馆员职业资格认证思路,优化图书馆专业人才培养机制,完善图书馆职称评聘制度,发挥图书馆行业组织协调职能,从而推动公共图书馆事业高质量发展,助力实现社会主义文化强国远景目标。This paper provides a detailed interpretation of the professionalization aspects within China's current national and local public library laws and regulations.It discusses the current state of public librarian professionalization,highlighting the significant impact of institutional design,the increasingly diverse academic and professional backgrounds of librarians,and the role of industry organizations in promoting professionalization.The paper proposes several strategies to enhance the professionalization of public librarians,including revising laws and regulations to support their professional development,clearly defining the professional roles of public librarians,rethinking the traditional approach to librarian qualification certification,optimizing the training and development mechanisms for library professionals,refining the evaluation and appointment system for librarian titles,and strengthening the coordinating functions of library industry organizations.These measures are intended to drive the high-quality development of public libraries and support the broader goal of establishing a culturally strong socialist nation.
