摘 要:竹片初加工作为竹板、竹条等竹制品加工关键的一环,其生产效率、成本、质量等因素将直接影响竹制品产业的发展。目前的竹片初加工生产工艺制约了竹制品的生产,急需少人化或无人化的竹片初加工自动连续化生产工艺来替代现有的生产模式。文章探讨了竹片初加工全流程自动连续化生产的技术瓶颈、实现自动连续化生产工艺的关键核心技术以及主要研发内容等,为竹片初加工自动连续化生产工艺的高质量发展提供新的研究思路。As a crucial step in the processing of bamboo products such as bamboo boards and strips,the initial processing of bamboo slices will directly affect the development of the bamboo product industry due to factors such as production efficiency,cost,and quality.The current production process of initial bamboo slice processing restricts the production of bamboo products,and there is an urgent need for unmanned or automated continuous production processes for bamboo slices initial processing with fewer or no manpower to replace the existing production mode.In the article,it is discussed about the technical bottlenecks for achieving automatic continuous production throughout the entire process of bamboo slices initial processing,the key core technologies for realizing automatic continuous production technology,and the main research and development content,providing new research ideas for the high-quality development of automatic continuous production technology for bamboo slices initial processing.
