摘　　要：随着国家对“专精特新”企业发展的支持,符合中小企业实际需求的应用型、复合型和创新型人才成为高校人才培养的重要任务。新工科实践类课程建设是实现实践性创新人才培养的重要手段。建立健全一套合理有效的课程评价体系将有利于课程的建设和持续改进。文章针对实践类课程“教”与“学”的全阶段过程,通过对现阶段实践类课程评价体系存在的问题进行分析,提出一种综合、全面、多维度的实践类课程评价方法并构建相应评价体系。该评价体系从外部和内部需求出发,根据课程目标和要求,建立由学习成效评价和教学成效评价相结合的综合评价机制,并通过评价结果的反馈对课程目标和要求进行优化,实现实践类课程的持续改进。实际教学过程中的具体应用证明了所提出的评价方法的有效性。所构建的评价体系可为相关院校实践类课程教学提供理论和方法参考。With the strong support of the state for the development of the"Specialized,Precise,Distinctive,and Innovative"(SPDI)enterprise,application-oriented,composite and innovative talents who meet the actual needs of small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important task of college talent training.The construction of new engineering practical courses is an important means to cultivate practical innovative talents.Establishing and perfecting a reasonable and effective curriculum evaluation system will be beneficial to curriculum construction and continuous improvement.Aiming at the whole process of"teaching"and"learning"of practical courses,this paper proposes a comprehensive,comprehensive and multi-dimensional evaluation method of practical courses and constructs the corresponding evaluation system by analyzing the problems existing in the evaluation system of practical courses at the present stage.Based on the external and internal needs,the evaluation system establishes a comprehensive evaluation mechanism combining learning effectiveness evaluation and teaching effectiveness evaluation according to the curriculum objectives and requirements,and optimizes the curriculum objectives and requirements through the feedback of the evaluation results to achieve continuous improvement of practical courses.The effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method is proved by the concrete application in the actual teaching process.The evaluation system constructed in this paper can provide theoretical and methodical reference for practical course teaching in relevant colleges and universities.
