摘 要:有机化学实验室是进行有机化学实验教学的重要场所,是培养学生知识应用能力、动手操作能力和科技创新能力的摇篮。实验室管理水平直接影响到实验教学的正常秩序和人才培养。因此,结合我校有机化学教学实验室特点及现状,从实验室安全管理、实验室安全教育培训、低值易耗品管理、中值仪器管理及实验技术人员工作模式等方面进行探讨,逐步形成一套规范化管理模式,为进一步提升实验室管理水平和实验教学质量、充分调动实验技术人员的积极性和能动性提供有力的保障。The organic chemistry laboratory is an important place for conducting organic chemistry experimental teaching and is the cradle of cultivating students'knowledge application ability,hands-on operation ability,and technological innovation ability.The level of laboratory management directly affects the normal order of experimental teaching and talent cultivation.Therefore,based on the characteristics and current situation of our school's organic chemistry teaching laboratory,discussions have been conducted from the aspects of laboratory safety management,laboratory safety education and training,low value consumables management,median instrument management,and the working mode of experimental technicians,gradually forming a standardized management mode,which would provide strong guarantees for not only further improving the level of laboratory management and the quality of experimental teaching,but also fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of experimental technicians.
