摘　　要：高校实验室作为学科建设和科研创新的重要场所,其安全生产需要得到有效保障。随着对高校实验室安全管理研究的深入,高校实验室安全文化的重要作用及意义日益凸显。基于安全文化的主观性、系统性和复杂性,业界对高校实验室安全文化的内涵及外延尚未达成共识。通过查阅国内外关于实验室安全文化体系建设的文献,梳理实验室安全文化体系研究脉络,为今后明确高校实验室安全文化体系建设方向及评价方向提供帮助。As an important place for discipline construction and scientific research innovation,the safety of university laboratory needs to be effectively guaranteed.With the deepening of research on university laboratory safety management,the important role and significance of university laboratory safety culture are increasingly prominent.Due to the subjectivity,systematization and complexity of safety culture,the industry has not yet reached a consensus on the connotation and extension of safety culture in university laboratories.By reviewing the literature on the construction of laboratory safety culture system,this paper sorts out the research context of laboratory safety culture system,and provides help for the future construction and evaluation direction of laboratory safety culture system in universities.
