摘　　要：为优化大型仪器管理,完善实验技术队伍建设,提升大型仪器对科学研究和人才培养的支撑保障作用,南开大学化学学院(以下简称南开化学)与实验室设备处联合开展了面向海外高层次引进人才的问卷调研。以期通过调研,借鉴海外顶尖高校、科研机构在大型仪器管理、队伍建设方面的经验,并结合南开化学建设实践分析研究,探索大型仪器和实验技术队伍管理新思路,助力国内高校管理改革,促进服务保障水平提升。In order to optimize the management of large-scale instruments,improve the construction of experimental technical teams,and enhance the supporting and guarantee role of large-scale instruments for scientific research and talent cultivation,the College of Chemistry of Nankai University(hereinafter referred to as Nankai Chemistry)and the Laboratory Equipment Department jointly carried out a questionnaire survey for overseas high-level imported talents.It is expected to explore new ideas for the management of large instruments and experimental technology teams through research,drawing on the experience of overseas top universities and scientific research institutions in the management of large instruments and the construction of experimental teams,and combining with the analysis and research of the construction practice of Nankai Chemical,so as to help the management reform of domestic universities and promote the improvement of service guarantee level.
