应用型大学研究生考试招生中育人路径探析

摘　　要：研究生考试招生是研究生教育的基础性、源头性工作,应用型大学承担着为国家培养高层次应用型人才的重要职能。通过分析应用型大学研究生考试招生工作面临的现实问题,以及考试招生中育人的内涵、特殊性和重要性,从优化组织架构、完善规章制度、组建人员团队、调整学科布局、建设导师队伍、加强过程管理等方面,构建应用型大学研究生考试招生的育人路径,形成校内各部门人员联动、校内外多方协同的育人合力,进一步提高应用型大学研究生人才培养质量。Graduate examination enrollment is the fundamental and source work of graduate education,and application-oriented universities undertake the important function of cultivating high-level applied talents for the country.By analyzing the practical problems faced by the graduate entrance examination and enrollment work of application-oriented universities,as well as the connotation,particularity,and importance of educating students in the examination and enrollment process,we aim to construct an educational path for the graduate entrance examination and enrollment of application-oriented universities from the aspects of optimizing organizational structure,improving rules and regulations,forming a team of personnel,adjusting discipline layout,building a mentor team,and strengthening process management.The goal is to form a collaborative force of personnel from various departments within the university and multiple parties inside and outside the university,and further improve the quality of talent cultivation for graduate students in application-oriented universities.
