摘 要:为深入了解H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的生物学特征,研究对1998年H9N2亚型禽流感病毒流行以来GenBank和GISAID中公开的哺乳动物感染数据进行归纳,对H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的感染和分布情况进行分析。结果显示:中国报告的H9N2亚型禽流感病毒感染人的病例数据最多,占87.21%,且呈增加趋势。中国的75例病例中,以湖北省报告的最多。非人类哺乳动物感染病例涉及10种哺乳动物,包括猪、水貂、貉、雪貂、犬、果子狸、蝙蝠、猫、马和鼠兔,均为陆生哺乳动物,其中有61.4%的感染病例属于猪源。数据库中的大多数H9N2亚型禽流感病毒均含有关键氨基酸位点突变。研究表明,H9N2亚型禽流感病毒跨种间感染传播的风险高,关键氨基酸位点易发生突变,监测H9N2亚型禽流感病毒在哺乳动物中的感染分布至关重要。To gain insight into the biology of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses,the paper summarised the publicly available mammalian infection data in GenBank and GISAID since the 1998 H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus epidemic,and analyzed the infection and distribution of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses.The results showed that China had reported the most data on human cases of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses,accounting for 87.21 percent of cases and showing an increasing trend.Of the 75 cases distributed in China,the largest number was reported in Hubei province.Data on cases of infection in non-human mammals showed that 10 species of mammals were involved,including pigs,mink,raccoons,ferrets,dogs,civets,bats,cats,horses and ratites,which were all terrestrial mammals.Of these infections,and 61.4 percent were of porcine origin.The most of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses in the database contained mutations at key amino acid sites.The results indicated that H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses had a high risk of interspecies transmission of infection and were susceptible to mutations at key amino acid sites,and it was critical to monitor the distribution of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses in mammals.
