摘  要:在物联网快速发展的时代背景下,机房作为一个复杂的环境,包含了各种设备和系统,对巡检的要求也更加严格和复杂,而巡检机器人成为了室内机房巡检的创新解决方案。通过物联网的连接和数据传输,巡检机器人可以实现远程监控和管理,将实时数据传输到云平台进行处理和分析。同时,结合PLC自动控制器技术,巡检机器人可以根据预设的巡检任务自动执行操作。这种技术不仅提高了巡检效率和准确性,还减少了人力资源的投入和错误的发生。巡检机器人结合物联网和PLC自动控制器的应用将进一步推动机房巡检和运维管理的创新和发展。未来,巡检机器人将更加智能化、自主化,为机房运维管理带来更大的便利和效益。In the context of the rapid development of the Internet of Things,the computer room,as a complex environment,contains various devices and systems,and the requirements for inspection are more stringent and complex.Inspection robots have become an innovative solution for indoor computer room inspection.Through the connection and data transmission of the Internet of Things,inspection robots can achieve remote monitoring and management,and transmit real-time data to the cloud platform for processing and analysis.At the same time,combined with PLC automatic controller technology,the inspection robot can automatically perform operations according to preset inspection tasks.This technology not only improves inspection efficiency and accuracy,but also reduces the investment of human resources and the occurrence of errors.The application of inspection robots combined with the Internet of Things and PLC automatic controllers will further promote the innovation and development of data center inspection and operation management.In the future,inspection robots will become more intelligent and autonomous,bringing greater convenience and benefits to the operation and maintenance management of computer rooms.
