创伤骨科采用病案导学方式的临床教学效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究创伤骨科采用病案导学方式的临床教学效果。方法选取2021年1月—2024年3月莒县中医医院骨伤四科的80名创伤骨科本科实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数表法为观察组和对照组,各40名。对照组实施常规教学,观察组实施病案导学方式进行教学,对比两组理论考核、操作考试得分、教学满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩为(97.11±2.17)分、操作成绩评分为(92.19±2.12)分,高于对照组理论成绩的(87.12±10.11)分、操作成绩评分的(81.26±10.10)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.110、6.698,P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度为95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的教学满意度72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习动力和兴趣、临床思维能力、临床协作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论通过在创伤骨科应用病案导学方式开展临床教学,具有较好的教学效果。Objective To study the clinical teaching effect of medical record guidance in traumatic orthopedics.Meth⁃ods From January 2021 to March 2024,eighty undergraduate interns in the Orthopedics Department,Section Four of Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with forty students in each group.The control group was given routine teaching,while the observation group was given medical record guidance.The theoretical assessment,operation test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score and operation score of the observation group were 97.11±2.17 and 92.19±2.12 respectively,which were higher than those of the control group 87.12±10.11 and 81.26±10.10 respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.110,6.698,both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than the control group 72.50%(29/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning motivation and interest,clinical thinking ability and clinical cooperation ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of medical record guidance in clinical teaching of traumatic orthopedics,it has a good teaching effect.
