摘  要:目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)—学术研讨会教学(seminar based learning,SMN)—以探究为基础的教学法(research based learning,RBL)三者联合教学模式在临床药学教学中的应用价值。方法选取山东省立第三医院于2023年1月—2024年2月进行临床药学实习的60名实习生为研究对象,并按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,各30名。对照组予以传统教学方式进行教学,观察组予以PBL-SMN-RBL联合教学模式教学。对比两组实习生的考核成绩、学习能力评分、对教学质量的评价。结果观察组理论成绩为(94.12±2.14)分、实践成绩为(90.12±3.24)分,高于对照组的(87.45±3.28)分、(85.34±2.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.328、6049,P均<0.05);观察组学习能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组实习教学质量评价评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL-SMN-RBL联合教学模式应用在临床药学教学中,有助于提高实习生理论及实践能力,增强其学习能力,增进教学质量。Objective Problem based learning(PBL)-seminar based learning(SMN)-research based learning(SMN)The application value of RBL co-teaching mode in clinical pharmacy teaching.Methods From January 2023 to February 2024,sixty interns in clinical pharmacy practice in the Third Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,thirty in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the observation group was taught by PBL-SMN-RBL combined teaching mode.The assessment results,learning ability scores and evaluation of teaching quality of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical score and practical score of the observation group were 94.12±2.14 and 90.12±3.24,which were higher than those of the control group 87.45±3.28 and 85.34±2.87,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.328,6049,both P<0.05).The learning ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The evaluation score of practice teaching quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL-SMN-RBL combined teaching mode in clinical pharmacy teaching is helpful to improve the theoretical and practical ability of interns,enhance their learning ability and improve the quality of teaching.
