摘 要:目的分析对麻醉科的实习生临床教学期间应用情景模拟法的教学效果。方法选取湖北科技学院附属浠水医院于2022年1月—2023年12月期间麻醉科实习的临床实习生60名作为研究对象,按照教学模式不同分为对照组和研究组,各30名。2022年1—12月的实习生为对照组,实习期间采取传统教学法;2023年1—12月的实习生为研究组,实习期间采取情景模拟式教学法。对比两组实习生入科及出科成绩、综合能力评分、教学模式满意度评分的差异。结果出科时,两组实习生理论知识、操作技能、病例分析得分均有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组实习生理论知识、操作技能、病例分析得分均高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组实习生综合能力评分均高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组实习生对教学模式总满意率为96.67%(29/30)高于对照组实习生的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.028,P=0.042)。结论对麻醉科的实习生开展临床教学期间应用情景模拟法,有助于提高实习生出科成绩,使其熟练掌握临床麻醉理论知识、操作技能及病例分析方法,提高综合能力及对教学模式的满意程度。Objective The teaching effect of scenario simulation method during clinical teaching of interns in anesthesiology department was analyzed.Methods A total of sixty clinical interns in the anesthesiology department of Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and study group according to different teaching modes,thirty cases in each group.The interns from January to December 2022 were the control group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted during the internship.The interns from January to December 2023 were the study group,and the situational simulation teaching method was adopted during the internship.The differences between the two groups of interns'entrance and exit scores,comprehensive ability scores,and teaching mode satisfaction scores were compared.Results At the end of the course,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and case analysis of the two groups of interns increased,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and case analysis of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of interns in the study group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that in the control group 76.67%(23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.028,P=0.042).Conclusion The application of scene simulation teaching method in anesthesia clinical teaching is helpful to improve interns'performance,make them master clinical anesthesia theoretical knowledge,operation skills and case analysis methods,and improve their comprehensive ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode.
