摘 要:麻醉学科由最初的手术麻醉发展到临床麻醉、重症监护、疼痛诊疗、急救复苏等,涉及的内容广泛、资料丰富、技术含量高。培养具备综合能力的麻醉科医师,并旨在提高患者围术期安全性是当前麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的首要目标。本文建议采用多种教学方式、基于案例的教学(case-based learning,CBL)与基于问题的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)、模拟培训教学法、多媒体教学方式、翻转课堂结合网络群等,以促进临床麻醉教学。Anesthesiology has developed from the initial surgical anesthesia to clinical anesthesia,intensive care,pain diagnosis and treatment,emergency resuscitation,etc.,involving a wide range of content,rich data and high technical content.Cultivating anesthesiologists with comprehensive ability and aiming to improve the perioperative safety of patients is the primary goal of the current standardized training of anesthesiologists.In this paper,a variety of teaching methods,case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL),simulation training teaching method,multimedia teaching method,flipped classroom combined with network group are recommended to promote clinical anesthesia teaching.
