摘  要:学术界对大学科技园知识创新能力的研究相对较少。因此,探索一种评价大学科技园知识创新能力的量化模型和研究方法具有积极的意义。借鉴广泛用于分析企业集群竞争力的GEM模型,并在其基础上改进并构建大学科技园GEM模型,通过实证分析和定量研究等方法对模型进行检验和量化处理,并以上海地区14家国家大学科技园为例,对其知识创新能力进行评价。研究表明,评价结果与实例中国家大学科技园的发展现状较为相符,进一步验证了所构建模型的可靠性和量化方法的合理性。As a form of enterprise clusters that composed by small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises,the core competitiveness of university science parks is essentially the knowledge innovation ability within the cluster.However,Academic communities pay little attention to the research on the knowledge innovation ability of university science parks.It is a positive significance job to explore a quantitative model and research method for evaluating it.Based on the GEM model that widely applied to analyze the competitiveness of enterprise clusters,we improved and constructed the GEM model of university science parks.We also tested and quantified it through empirical analysis and quantitative research methods.Meanwhile,as an example,we evaluated the knowledge innovation ability of 14 national university science parks in Shanghai.The evaluation result is relatively consistent with their actual situation,which further helps to verify the reliability of the GEM model of university science parks and the rationality of the quantitative methods.
