摘  要:目的分析布拉氏酵母菌联合柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的效果及对肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法将2020年1月至2022年12月我院收治的120例UC患者纳入本次研究,将其随机分为常规组和观察组,每组60例。常规组给予柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗,观察组在常规组基础上增加布拉氏酵母菌散治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的一氧化氮(NO)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)水平低于常规组,表皮生长因子(EGF)、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)水平高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量多于常规组,肠球菌、肠杆菌数量少于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未见口干、嗜睡、肝功能受损、头晕等不良反应。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合柳氮磺吡啶栓治疗UC可快速消炎,纠正肠道菌群紊乱,且不会产生严重不良反应,安全高效,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with sulfasalazine suppositories in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its influence on intestinal mucosal barrier function.Methods A total of 120 UC patients admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were included in this study.The patients were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with sulfasalazine suppositories,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO),osteopontin(OPN)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,the levels of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were more than those in the routine group,the number of Enterococcus and Enterobacter were less than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as dry mouth,drowsiness,impaired liver function and dizziness were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with sulfasalazine suppositories in the treatment of UC can quickly eliminate inflammation,correct intestinal flora disorder,and will not produce serious adverse reactions.It is safe and efficient and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
