摘 要:目的比较不同冲洗方法对弯曲根管的清洁效果。方法选取2023年5月至10月于我院口腔科新鲜拔除的80颗恒磨牙作为研究对象,根据辅助冲洗方法不同将离体牙样本分为注射器冲洗组、超声活化冲洗组、激光活化冲洗组、声波动力冲洗组,各20颗。比较不同冲洗方法的应用效果。结果四组冲洗液渗入牙本质根管上段的深度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);四组冲洗液渗入牙本质弯曲段、根尖段的深度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声活化冲洗组、激光活化冲洗组冲洗液渗入牙本质根管上段的深度高于注射器冲洗组(P<0.05);超声活化冲洗组、激光活化冲洗组、声波动力冲洗组冲洗液渗入牙本质弯曲段、根尖段的深度高于注射器冲洗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组根管内根管上段的玷污层评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);四组根管内弯曲段、根尖段的玷污层评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);激光活化冲洗组根管内根管上段的玷污层评分低于注射器冲洗组(P<0.05);超声活化冲洗组、激光活化冲洗组及声波动力冲洗组根管内弯曲段、根尖段的玷污层评分低于注射器冲洗组(P<0.05);激光活化冲洗组根管内根尖段的玷污层评分低于超声活化冲洗组、声波动力冲洗组(P<0.05)。结论超声活化冲洗和激光活化冲洗的冲洗液在弯曲根管内能更好地渗透到牙本质小管中,可有效去除感染组织。Objective To compare the cleaning effects of different irrigation methods on curved root canals.Methods A total of 80 permanent molars freshly extracted in the stomatology department of our hospital from May to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different auxiliary irrigation methods,the isolated teeth samples were divided into syringe irrigation group,ultrasonic activation irrigation group,laser activation irrigation group and acoustic power irrigation group,with 20 teeth in each group.The application effects of different irrigation methods were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the depth of infiltration of the irrigation fluid into the upper part of the dentin root canal among the four groups(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the depth of irrigation fluid penetrating into the curved segment and apical segment of dentin among the four groups(P<0.05);the depth of irrigation fluid penetrating into the upper segment of dentin root canal in the ultrasonic activation irrigation group and the laser activation irrigation group was higher than that in the syringe irrigation group(P<0.05);the depth of irrigation fluid penetrating into the curved segment and apical segment of dentin in the ultrasonic activation irrigation group,the laser activation irrigation group and the acoustic power irrigation group were higher than those in the syringe irrigation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the smear layer score of the upper part of the root canal in the four groups(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the scores of smear layer between the curved and apical segments of the root canal in the four groups(P<0.05);the smear layer score of the upper segment of the root canal in the laser activation irrigation group was lower than that in the syringe irrigation group(P<0.05);the smear layer scores of the curved segment and apical segment of the root canal in the
