高渗糖注射液治疗丝状角膜炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察高渗糖注射液治疗丝状角膜炎的临床效果。方法选取70例丝状角膜炎患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组去除角膜丝状物后滴用双氯芬酸钠及地夸磷索钠滴眼液治疗,同时给予对因治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用高渗糖注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后荧光素染色泪膜破裂时间(FBUT)及复发情况。结果治疗前,对照组FBUT为(4.44±2.84)s,治疗1个月后FBUT为(8.08±2.32)s;治疗前,观察组FBUT为(4.15±3.05)s,治疗1个月后FBUT为(8.28±2.28)s。治疗前后两组组间FBUT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组FBUT均长于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组复发率2.86%低于对照组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高渗糖注射液治疗丝状角膜炎短期复发有效,对FBUT延长无明显作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperosmolar glucose injection in the treatment of filamentous keratitis.Methods 70 cases of filamentous keratitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 35 cases.The control group was treated with diclofenac eye drops and sodium diquafosol eye drops removing corneal filaments,while also receiving symptomatic treatment.The observation group was treated with hyperosmolar glucose injection based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,fluorescein break up time(FBUT)before and after treatment,and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,FBUT was(4.44±2.84)s before treatment and(8.08±2.32)s after 1 month of treatment;in the observation group,FBUT was(4.15±3.05)s before treatment and(8.28±2.28)s after 1 month of treatment.There was no significant difference in FBUT between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,FBUT in both groups was longer than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of 2.86%in the observation group was lower than 17.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperosmolar glucose injection is effective in preventing short-term recurrence of filamentous keratitis,but has no significant effect on prolonging FBUT.
