七福饮加减与多奈哌齐联合治疗髓海不足型血管性痴呆的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨七福饮加减与多奈哌齐联合治疗髓海不足型血管性痴呆(VD)患者的临床效果。方法将84例髓海不足型VD患者分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例)。对照组患者予以多奈哌齐治疗,观察组患者予以七福饮加减与多奈哌齐联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、简易智能状态量表(MMSE)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者ADL、MMSE评分均较治疗前显著提高,且观察组患者ADL评分(59.45±5.64)分、MMSE评分(24.47±2.79)分均明显高于对照组的(50.74±5.06)、(20.32±2.51)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率92.86%显著优于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05)。结论对髓海不足型VD患者应用七福饮加减与多奈哌齐联合治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者日常生活自理能力及认知水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Qifu decoction combined with donepezil in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia(VD)with deficiency of marrow-reservoir.Methods 84 VD patients with deficiency of marrow-reservoir were divided into an observation group(42 cases)and a control group(42 cases).The control group was treated with donepezil,and the observation group was treated with modified Qifu decoction and donepezil.The activities of daily living(ADL)score and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of ADL and MMSE in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment;the observation group had ADL score of(59.45±5.64)points and MMSE score of(24.47±2.79)points,which were significantly higher than(50.74±5.06)and(20.32±2.51)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of 92.86%in the observation group was significantly higher than 76.19%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Qifu decoction and donepezil is effective in treating vascular dementia patients with deficiency of marrow-reservoir,which can effectively improve the patients'activities of daily living and cognitive level.
