摘 要:目的观察膝骨关节炎患者膝关节屈伸肌群不同角速度等速肌力变化。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月本院康复科符合纳入标准的患者及健康女性各40名分为观察组与对照组,分别在60°/s、180°/s角速度下进行膝关节屈伸肌群等速肌力测试,对比两组受试者峰力矩(PT)、总做功(TW)、腘绳肌/股四头肌(H/Q)等速测试指标。结果观察组膝关节屈伸肌群60°/s等速肌力测试PT、TW、H/Q值比180°/s高(P<0.05)。对照组膝关节屈伸肌群60°/s等速肌力测试PT、TW值比180°/s高(P<0.05)。两组膝关节屈伸肌群分别在两种角速度下PT、TW、H/Q比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可以采用60°/s角速度的等速指标评估膝骨关节炎患者屈伸肌群的肌力,建立膝骨关节炎的等速评估方案。Objective To observe the changes in isokinetic muscle strength of the knee joint flexor extensor muscles at different angular velocities in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 40 patients who meet the inclusion criteria and 40 healthy women from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group and the control group.Isokinetic muscle strength tests of knee flexion and extension muscles were conducted at angular velocities of 60°/s and 180°/s,and peak torque(PT),total work(TW),and hamstring/quadriceps(H/Q)isokinetic test indicators were compared between the two groups of subjects.Results The PT,TW and H/Q values of 60°/s isokinetic muscle strength test of knee joint in observation group were higher than those of 180°/s(P<0.05).The PT and TW values of 60°/s isokinetic muscle strength of knee joint in control group were higher than those of 180°/s(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in PT,TW and H/Q of knee flexor and extensor muscles between the two groups at the two angular velocities(P<0.05).Conclusions The isokinetic index of 60°/s angular velocity can be used to evaluate the muscle strength of the flexor extensor muscles in patients with knee osteoarthritis,and a isokinetic evaluation plan for knee osteoarthritis can be established.
