摘　　要：目的探究心理护理在结直肠癌患者经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)中的应用效果。方法纳入2020年1月至2021年12月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院收治的126例行PICC结直肠癌患者,采用密闭信封法分为对照组(n=63)、研究组(n=63)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上行心理护理。干预前、干预3个月,对比两组负性心理、自我效能、自我护理能力、护理满意率。结果护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我护理能力测量量表(ESCA)评分、护理满意率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论心理护理实施于结直肠癌患者PICC置管中,能够缓解患者负性情绪,提高其自我效能与自护能力,从而提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the application of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)in colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 126 colorectal cancer patients admitted to the 900th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled.They were divided into the control group(n=63)and the research group(n=63)by the sealed envelope method.The control group received conventional nursing,while the research group received psychological nursing on top of that.Negative psychology,self-efficacy,self-care competence,and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups before the intervention and at 3 months of the intervention.Results After nursing care,the study group had lower scores on the self-anxiety scale(SAS)and self-depression scale(SDS)than the control group,and higher scores on the general self-efficacy scale(GSES),exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),and satisfaction with nursing care than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological care implemented in colorectal cancer patients with PICC placement can alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve their self-efficacy and self-care ability,increase nursing satisfaction.
