摘 要:以正癸酸和正十八烷为相变材料、硅藻土为基体材料,制备定型相变材料。采用真空吸附法制备相变硅藻土,并使用环氧树脂和苯丙乳液对其进行封装。以相变硅藻土替代粗骨料制备硅藻土基相变混凝土,并对其力学性能和热物性能进行研究。研究结果表明:水浴温度为80℃、吸附时间为120 min时,硅藻土对正癸酸和正十八烷的吸附率均最大,在该条件下使用环氧树脂封装相变硅藻土的效果最好,其质量损失率最大为1.85%。相变混凝土的抗压强度随相变硅藻土掺量的增加而降低,相变硅藻土掺量为10%时满足C30混凝土强度要求。硅粉替换率为5%时,相变混凝土抗压强度最大。相变混凝土的储放热性能良好,导热系数随相变硅藻土掺量的增加而减小。硅粉替换率为10%时,相变混凝土导热系数最大。相变循环对混凝土抗压强度和导热系数的影响均较小,因此相变混凝土具有良好的相变循环稳定性。该研究成果可为相变混凝土结构的设计和施工提供参考。The standardized phase change materials were prepared by using n-decanoic acid and n-octadecane as phase change materials,and diatomaceous earth as the matrix material.Phase change diatomaceous earth was prepared by vacuum adsorption method and encapsulated with epoxy resin and styrene acrylic lotion.The coarse aggregate was replaced with phase change diatomaceous earth to prepare diatomaceous earth based phase change concrete,and study its mechanical and thermal properties.The research results show that when the water bath temperature is 80 ℃ and the adsorption time is 120 min,the adsorption rate of diatomaceous earth for n-decanoic acid and n-octadecane is the highest,and the encapsulating effect of phase change diatomaceous earth with epoxy resin is the best,the mass loss rate of 1.85% is the maximum.The compressive strength of phase change concrete decreases with the increase of phase change diatomaceous earth content.The C30 concrete strength requirement is met when the phase change diatomaceous earth content is 10%.When the silicon powder replacement rate is 5%,the compressive strength of phase change concrete is the highest.The heat storage and release performance of phase change concrete is good.The heat conductivity decreases with the increase of phase change diatomaceous earth content.The maximum heat conductivity of phase change concrete is achieved with a silicon powder replacement rate of 10%.Both the effect of phase change cycle on the compressive strength and heat conductivity of concrete are relatively smaller,therefore phase change concrete has good phase change cycle stability.This research result can provide a reference for the design and construction of phase change concrete structures.
