摘　　要：过敏性鼻结膜炎患者同时符合过敏性鼻炎和过敏性结膜炎诊断,并同时出现2种疾病的症状。该病往往常年难愈,每逢特定季节即可复发,中西医治疗虽有疗效,但常因疗法复杂、疗程较长、患者对治疗耐受等原因无法达到良好的疗效。龙砂开阖六气针法为顾植山及其弟子王凯军基于《黄帝内经》三阴三阳开阖枢理论研发,从三阴三阳和开阖枢的角度认识过敏性鼻结膜炎,认为本病具有厥阴不藏,风邪袭表,阳明不降,水饮上逆的核心病机,通过六气开阖针法调节厥阴、阳明的气机升降即可使肝风平熄,饮邪自去,且在临床应用时简便易行,能取得良好的疗效。Patients with allergic rhinoconjunctivitis meet the diagnostic criteria for both allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis,and simultaneously exhibit symptoms of both diseases.This condition often persists for many years and recurs during specific seasons.Although both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine treatments are effective,optimal therapeutic outcomes are often not achieved due to complex treatment protocols,extended treatment durations,and patient intolerance.The"Longsha six Qi Kaihe acupuncture method"was developed by GU Zhishan and his disciple WANG Kaijun based on the theory of opening and closing pivot and three yin three yang from the Yellow Emperor´s Inner Classic.This method approaches allergic rhinoconjunctivitis from the perspective of three yin three yang and opening and closing pivot,recognizing the core pathogenesis as the failure of Jueyin to store essence,invasion of the exterior by wind pathogens,failure of Yangming to descend,and upward rebellion of fluid retention.By regulating the ascending and descending Qi mechanisms of Jueyin and Yangming through the six Qi Kaihe acupuncture method,liver wind can be calmed,and retained fluids can be naturally dispersed.This method is simple and easy to implement in clinical practice and can achieve good therapeutic effects.
