基于古籍文献的老年性眼病证治发微

摘　　要：老年性眼病得到医学界越来越多的关注,本文首次基于古籍文献全面阐述老年性眼病的证治,对《眼科阐微》中涉及的老年性眼病证治思想进行深入挖掘和归纳后发现,本虚标实、脏窍同病为其病因的证候特征,玄府闭塞、目窍失养为老年性眼病的核心病机。治疗法则可概括为先通后补和宜补不宜泄,根据其标本、虚实分阶段治疗。具体治法包括外治法、内治法和辨证施治,其中,外治法有熏洗法、点眼法、金针拨内障法、烙法等;内治法根据内障和外障眼病辨证处方;辨证食治提倡食疗优先、药物扶持、四季调护等特色方法。在预防和调护方面,提倡自我调护和精神摄养。通过对古籍文献中老年性眼病证治的探讨,为老年性眼病的预防、治疗、预后提供参考。Elderly eye disease is receiving increasing attention from the medical community.This article provides a comprehensive explanation of the diagnosis and treatment of elderly eye disease based on ancient literature for the first time,especially by delving into and summarizing the treatment ideas of elderly eye disease mentioned in Yanke Chanwei.In terms of the etiology and pathogenesis of age-related eye diseases,the syndrome characteristics of the same disease as the deficiency and excess of the root,and the same disease in the visceral and Xufu are its etiology.The core pathogenesis of age-related eye diseases is the occlusion of the orifices and the loss of nourishment in the orifices.The treatment rules for elderly eye diseases can be summarized as first clearing and then supplementing,and appropriate supplementing but not leaking,and treatment can be divided into stages based on its specimen,deficiency and excess.The specific treatment methods for geriatric eye diseases include external treatment,internal treatment,and syndrome differentiation.Among them,external treatment methods include fumigation and washing,eye dropping,gold needle tapping for internal obstacles,cauterization,etc.The internal treatment method is based on the differentiation and prescription of internal and external eye diseases.Dialectical and dietary treatment advocates characteristic methods such as prioritizing dietary therapy,medicine support,and seasonal care.In the prevention and care of age-related eye diseases,we advocate for self-care and mental nourishment.By exploring the diagnosis and treatment of age-related eye diseases in ancient literature,reference is provided for the prevention,treatment,and prognosis of age-related eye diseases.
