摘 要:乳腺癌已成为全球发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,给社会带来非常重大的负担;影像学在乳腺癌的诊治中发挥着不可替代的作用,磁共振成像(MRI)是乳腺癌原发病灶及腋窝淋巴结转移评估最有利的检查方法,而正电子发射计算机断层扫描(PET)是全身转移及疗效评估的主要手段。近年来出现的一体化PET/MRI技术结合了MRI的局部解剖细节和功能与PET全身代谢两种强有力的乳腺癌评估手段,有望在乳腺癌的诊治中发挥重要的价值。文章主要就乳腺PET/MRI成像原理,扫描技术及在乳腺癌诊断准确性、肿瘤分期、疗效评估、复发监测等临床应用进行综述。Breast cancer has become the most prevalent malignant tumor worldwide,imposing a very significant burden on so‐ciety.Imaging plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)is the most favorable method for evaluating primary breast cancer lesions and axillary lymph node metastasis,while Positron Emission Tomog‐raphy(PET)is the main tool for assessing systemic metastasis and treatment efficacy.The recently developed integrated PET/MRI technology combines the local anatomical details and functional capabilites of MRI with the comprehensive metabolic evaluation of PET,expected to play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.In this review,we summarized the principles of imaging,scanning techniques and clinical applications of breast PET/MRI in terms of diagnosis accuracy,tumor staging,treatment effi‐cacy assessment and recurrence monitoring.
