摘　　要：妇联干部培训是妇联组织的一项常规工作,对妇联组织建设有重要作用。妇联组织改革后,大量不同领域的妇女加入妇联组织,培训成为妇联干部履职尽责最迫切的需求。新的发展阶段,如何围绕党的重大战略部署,高质量教育培训干部,高水平服务党和国家事业发展,成为妇联系统需要思考的重要命题。各级妇联组织在开展妇联干部培训方面积累了大量经验,也面临着各种挑战。基层妇联培训要牢牢把握政治性、先进性、群众性要求,加强顶层设计,优化教学资源,创新教学手段,让思想理论教育更加深入,专业教育更加精准,干部教育更加接地气,让培训工作见实效。The training of women's federation cadres is a regular work for women’s federation organizations,which plays an important role in the construction of women’s federation organizations.After the reform of women’s federation organizations,a large number of women from different fields have joined women’s federation organizations.Training has become the most urgent need for women’s federation cadres to perform their duties.In the new stage of development,how to focus on the Party’s major strategic plans,provide high-quality education and training for cadres,high-level services for the development of the Party's and the country’s undertakings have become important problem for the women’s federation system.Women's federations at all levels have accumulated a great deal of experience in carrying out training for women’s federations,and are also facing various challenges.The training of grassroots cadres in women’s federations should be politics-oriented,advanced and people-oriented,strengthen the top-level design,optimize the teaching resources and innovate the teaching methods,so that the ideological and theoretical education can be more in-depth,the professional education can be more precise,the education of cadres can be more grounded down to earth,and the training work can be effective.
