摘　　要：本文尝试从道德动机的角度对朱子“意”和“诚意”内容进行解读,论明“意”具有动机这一特性,是已发之心中主要的内在行为动机,能够作为“真知”如何“能行”的桥梁。诚意工夫被安置在致知、正心之间,是为了将意的动机特性转化为道德动机,诚意工夫是真知能够转化为道德行为的重要桥梁。This essay attempts to interpret the content of Zhu Xi's Yi and Sincerity from the perspective of moral motivation. It argues that Yi possesses the characteristics of motivation, which serve as the primary internal behavioral drive and can bridge the gap between "true knowledge" and "action". Sincerity is placed between Zhi-Zhi and Ge-Wu in order to transform the motivational characteristics of one's mind into moral motivation. Additionally, sincerity acts as a crucial bridge for translating true knowledge into moral behavior.
