大学生就业观念及影响因素研究——以甘肃A大学为例

摘　　要：文章利用问卷调查和Logistic回归分析模型,针对甘肃A大学在校大学生就业的思想观念及其影响因素进行分析.结果显示,大学生就业观念呈现多元化趋势,展现出“我、家庭、社会”多方位的价值需求,主要体现在对就业地域、行业、职位和薪酬的期望上;消极就业观念盛行,自主择业意识弱化;大学生实践能力普遍匮乏,但在择业中倾向于经济较好的地区就业,喜欢待遇好、稳定的工作,并且他们的薪资期望值过高,与现实脱节.This paper uses questionnaire survey and Logistic regression analysis model to study the ideas and influencing factors of college students'employment in Gansu A University.The results show that the employment concept of college students presents a diversified trend,showing the multi-directional value needs of"oneself,family and society",mainly reflected in the expectation of employment region,industry,position and salary;the negative employment concept prevails and the consciousness of independent employment is weakened;college students'practical ability is generally deficient,but they tend to work in areas with better economy and like well-paid and stable jobs,and their salary expectations are too high,which is out of step with reality.
