摘  要:目前,我国流行的心理测评主要是心理健康测评,使用的技术主要是自陈问卷.系统的心理测评应该包括注意、感觉、知觉、记忆、思维、想象、情绪、情感、意志、气质、性格、兴趣等心理机能和个性心理的全面测评.其中注意、感觉、知觉、记忆、思维等认知能力测评,需要在心理实验室或者心理卫生院利用仪器设备进行.无论心理健康和疾病的测查,还是心理素质和能力测评,单纯运用自陈问卷方法,信度效度都不理想.学校和企业以及社区建立心理健康档案,开展心理问题、心理障碍、心理疾病筛查的同时,需要参照身体检查和体质测评,进行个体心理活动机能和人格心理差异的系统全面测评,其方法和技术包括心理实验测评、医院临床测评、问卷调查测评、课堂行为评价、考试成绩评定、团体活动评价、素质拓展评定等,是定量与定性结合评定.Currently,the prevalent psychological assessments in China primarily focus on mental health evaluation,and the techniques mainly based on self-report questionnaires.A comprehensive psychological assessment should encompass a full evaluation of psychological functions and personality traits,including attention,sensation,perception,memory,thinking,imagination,emotion,affection,willpower,temperament,character and interests.Assessments of cognitive abilities such as attention,sensation,perception,memory and thinking require the use of instruments and equipment in psychological laboratories or mental health institutions.Whether assessing mental health and illnesses or evaluating psychological qualities and abilities,the reliability and validity are significantly limited when using only self-report questionnaires.Schools,enterprises and communities need to establish mental health archives and conduct screenings for psychological problems,disorders and diseases.At the same time,they should carry out a systematic and comprehensive assessment of individual psychological activities and personality differences,similar to physical examinations and fitness assessments.Methods and techniques include psychological experimental assessments,clinical evaluations in hospitals,questionnaire surveys,classroom behavior evaluations,examination performance assessments,group activity evaluations,and quality development assessments,combining both quantitative and qualitative evaluations.
