台资与陆资制造业的空间集聚对台资生产性服务业空间格局的影响分析

摘　　要：台资生产性服务业在祖国内地发展趋势向好,基于1986-2021年在祖国内地的台资生产性服务业企业资料,运用冷热点分析法以及地理加权回归法分析其企业分布时空格局演化及驱动要素。(1)祖国内地台资生产性服务业企业在曲折波动中向好发展,可分为曲折发展期(1986-2000年)、稳步发展期(2001-2008年)、黄金发展期(2009-2016年)与起伏发展期(2017-2021年)4个阶段,并呈现“T”字型格局及辐射状扩散趋势。(2)台资与陆资制造业对台资生产性服务业的影响呈现动态变化,初期主要由台资制造业集聚引导,后期则逐渐转向与陆资制造业的深度融合与合作,体现了跨地区产业互动与技术协同进步的复杂性和多维性。(3)多因素共同影响台资生产性服务业布局,基础设施的影响显著提升;地区第三产业发展水平影响由负变正;工资水平的影响先增后减;地区生产总值影响不显著。The development trend of Taiwan-funded producer services in Chinese Mainland is improving.Based on the data of Taiwan-funded producer service enterprises in Chinese Mainland from 1986 to 2021,this paper analyzes the evolution and driving factors of the spatiotemporal pattern of enterprise distribution by using the hotspot and coldspot analysis method and the geographically weighted regression method.The results show that:(1)The development of Taiwan-funded producer service enterprises in Chinese Mainland can be divided into four stages:tortuous development period(1986-2000),steady development period(2001-2008),golden development period(2009-2016),and fluctuating development period(2017-2021).It also presents the characteristics of a T-shaped pattern and radial diffusion trend.(2)The influence of Taiwan-funded and Chinese Mainland-funded manufacturing industries on Taiwan-funded producer services shows a dynamic change.In the early stage,it was mainly guided by the agglomeration of Taiwan-funded manufacturing industries,and in the later stage,it gradually shifted to the deep integration and cooperation with the Chinese Mainland manufacturing industry,reflecting the complexity and multi-dimensional nature of cross-regional industrial interaction and technological collaborative progress.(3)Multiple factors jointly affect the distribution of Taiwan-funded producer services.The impact of infrastructure has significantly increased.The development level of the regional tertiary industry changed from negative to positive.The influence of wage levels first increased and then decreased.The effect of gross regional product is not significant.
