摘  要:双一流建设背景下,高校出现重视教研队伍建设,忽视高校管理人员专业发展问题。高校管理人员是高校双一流建设中的重要力量,高校管理人员专业发展对其意义重大。本研究基于管理学理论阐述的基础上,对G大学的管理队伍进行深度访谈,依照扎根理论的思想,通过对高校管理人员的访谈资料进行分析,探索高校管理人员专业发展的现实背景,并由此构建出高校管理人员专业发展的功能重塑、德技双修和职业认同应然向度并从理论、认知和实践三个方面提出具体的提升路径。Under the background of double first-class construction,colleges and universities attach importance to the construction of teaching and research teams while ignoring the professional development of university administrators.University administrators are an important force in the construction of double first-class universities and their professional development is of great significance to them.Based on the theory of management,this study conducted in-depth interviews with the management team of G University.According to the thought of grounded theory,through analyzing the interview data of university management personnel,this study explors the realistic background of professional development of university management personnel.From this.the paper constructs the functional remolding of professional development,the dual training of morality and technology and the orientation of professional identity of university management personnel,and puts forward specific improvement paths from three aspects of theory,cognition and practice.
