摘 要:从体相和界面两个方面开展了破乳剂存在下两亲聚合物对乳状液的影响研究。结果表明:具有两亲性的聚合物易于吸附在油水界面上参与界面成膜,溶液中加入一定质量浓度破乳剂后,虽然破乳剂可以部分取代吸附在界面膜上的两亲聚合物分子,减弱界面膜强度,但随着溶液中两亲聚合物质量浓度的增加,体系界面活性增加,溶液中两亲聚合物分子伸向油相的疏水基团增多,同时伸向油相的两亲聚合物分子中的部分疏水基团与体相两亲聚合物疏水基团的缔合作用也增强,所形成的油水界面膜黏度增大,界面膜弹性特征增强,界面膜的强度随着两亲聚合物质量浓度的增加而增大。The effect of amphiphilic polymer on the emulsion in the presence of demulsifier was studied from two aspects of bulk phase and interface.The results showed that the amphiphilic polymer was easy to be adsorbed on the oil-water interface to participate in the interfacial film formation.When a certain mass concentration of demulsifier was added to the solution,although the demulsifier could partially replace the amphiphilic polymer molecules adsorbed on the interfacial film and weaken the strength of the interfacial film,but the interfacial activity of the system increased with the increase of the amphiphilic polymer mass concentration in the solution,and the hydrophobic groups of amphiphilic polymer molecules extending to the oil phase in the solution increased.At the same time,the association between some hydrophobic groups of amphiphilic polymer molecules extending to the oil phase and the hydrophobic groups of amphiphilic polymers in bulk phase was also enhanced.The viscosity of the oil-water interfacial film increased,the elastic characteristics of the interfacial film were also gradually enhanced,and the strength of the interfacial film increased with the increase of amphiphilic polymer concentration.
