摘　　要：胃癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和病死率都比较高,严重威胁人民身体健康。胃癌的致病因素复杂多样,其中幽门螺杆菌感染和干细胞是最近关注比较多的两个致病因素。该文综述了幽门螺杆菌诱导胃癌发生、干细胞在胃癌发生中的作用,以及幽门螺杆菌在诱导胃癌发生时与干细胞的关系,并探讨了未来幽门螺杆菌导致胃癌发生的研究方向。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in China,with high morbidity and mortality.It seriously threatens people's health.The causative factors of gastric cancer are complex and diverse,among which Helicobacter pylori infection and stem cells are the two causative factors that have received more attention recently.This article reviews the induction of gastric cancer by Helicobacter pylori,the role of stem cells in gastric carcinogenesis,and the relationship between Helicobacter pylori in the induction of gastric cancer and stem cells.At last,we discuss the future research direction of Helicobacter pylori-induced gastric carcinogenesis.
