摘 要:目的:探讨“双元互动、三段递进式”应用于核医学教学的效果。方法:选取临床专业和影像专业学生240例,采用随机数表法,分为对照组(120例,传统教学模式)和研究组(120例,“双元互动、三段递进式”教学模式),比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度。结果:研究组理论考核的单元测试、期末测试得分,临床实践、操作技能考核的实验技能、病例分析、见习读片得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组增强师生互动、培养独立思考能力、加深对知识点的理解与应用、激发学习兴趣、改善学习效果、提高自主学习能力满意度明显高于与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“双元互动、三段递进式”应用于核医学教学,可有效提高学生的理论考核成绩以及临床实践、操作技能考核成绩和教学满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of"dual interactive,three stage progressive"application in nuclear medicine teaching.Methods:240 clinical and medical imaging students were selected and randomly divided into a control group(120 cases,traditional teaching mode)and a research group(120 cases,"dual interactive,three stage progressive"teaching mode)using a random number table method.Compare the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The scores of unit test and final test in theoretical assessment,experimental skills in clinical practice and operational skills assessment,case analysis,and probationary film reading in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the research group in enhancing teacher-student interaction,cultivating independent thinking ability,deepening understanding and application of knowledge points,stimulating learning interest,improving learning effectiveness,and improving autonomous learning ability was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of"dual interaction,three stage progressive"in nuclear medicine teaching can effectively improve students'theoretical assessment scores,clinical practice,operational skills assessment scores,and teaching satisfaction.
