摘　　要：校准实验室的信息化管理系统是依据CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》(ISO/IEC 17025:2017),是实现信息加工、确认并最终合成产品的过程的载体。本文针对系统中的质量价值,介绍了质量管理体系和客户需求,并通过确定关键的信息和数据进行分析,从而实现更有效的质量管控和质量提升,为实验室管理人员提供新的视角和思路。The information management system of the calibration laboratory is based on CNAS-CL01:2018"Ac-creditation Criteria for the competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories"(ISO/IEC 17025:2017),which is the carrier of the process of information processing,confirmation and final synthesis of products.In view of the qual-ity value in the system,this paper introduces the quality management system and customer needs,and analyzes the key information and data to achieve more effective quality control and quality improvement,providing new perspec-tives and ideas for laboratory managers.
