摘  要:目的:探究循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)与基因联合检测诊断结直肠癌(CRC)的价值。方法:选取于2021年3月—2022年8月在柳州市人民医院接受治疗的44例CRC患者作为研究组,选取同期44例结直肠良性病变患者作为对照组。患者均接受CTC与基因联合检测。比较两组CTC计数及RAS、BRAF、PIK3CA基因突变情况,以临床诊断结果为“金标准”,分析CTC与基因联合检测对CRC的诊断效能。结果:研究组CTC计数高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组RAS、BRAF、PIK3CA基因突变率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线显示,CTC检测联合基因联合检测诊断CRC的效能最高(ROC曲线下面积=0.916,P<0.001)。结论:CTC计数及RAS、BRAF、PIK3CA等基因突变均与CRC的发生存在密切联系,且这两种方法联合应用对CRC的诊断效能更佳。Objective:To explore the value of circulating tumor cell(CTC)and gene detection in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:A total of forty-four CRC patients treated in Liuzhou People's Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study group,and forty-four patients with colorectal benign lesions were selected as the control group during the same period.All patients underwent CTC and gene detection.CTC count and RAS,BRAF,PIK3CA gene mutation were compared between the two groups.Taking the clinical diagnosis results as the"gold standard",the diagnostic efficacy of CTC and gene detection in CRC was analyzed.Results:The CTC count in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the mutation rates of RAS,BRAF and PIK3CA genes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve showed that CTC test combined with gene test had the highest efficiency in diagnosing CRC(area under ROC curve=0.916,P<0.001).Conclusion:CTC count and RAS,BRAF,PIK3CA and other gene mutations are closely related to the occurrence of CRC,and the combined application of these two methods is more effective in the diagnosis of CRC.
