摘　　要：榜样对刻板印象威胁具有效缓冲性,帮助女性在具消极刻板印象的领域取得成功。本研究调查了地方高等院校2020至2023级330名大学女生选择数学专业的真实情况,对她们所感知的周围环境关键因素进行因子分析和方差分析。研究发现:女孩受社会刻板印象影响明显,家庭背景影响女孩的选择。本文就家庭和环境状况如何影响女孩在刻板印象威胁环境脱颖而出的事实提出解释机制,通过用福柯理论与当代现实结合,丰富了既有教育社会学研究对不同群体主体建构的观察与分析的知识。Mode has an effective buffer against the threat of stereotype and helps women succeed in the field with negative stereotype.In this study,330 female college students of grade 2020-2023 in local colleges and universities were investigated for their true choice of mathematics major,and the key factors of their surrounding environment were analyzed by factor analysis and variance analysis.It is found that girls are obviously influenced by social stereotypes,and family background affects girls'choices.This paper puts forward an explanation mechanism on how family and environmental conditions affect the fact that girls stand out in the environment threatened by stereotypes.By combining Foucault's theory with contemporary reality,it enriches the observation and analysis of different groups'subject construction in existing educational sociology research.
