中药抑菌、抗氧化护手霜的制备及性能评价

摘　　要：基于传统护手霜配方添加中药活性成分,制备具有良好抑菌、抗氧化功能的护手霜。通过超声波提取法提取黄芩、红景天有效成分,利用药敏试验及自由基清除实验测定其抑菌、抗氧化能力;采用单因素实验及响应面实验优化产品配方并评价其性能。结果表明金黄色葡萄球菌对中药提取液极度敏感(抑菌圈直径>20 mm),药液稀释20倍后仍具有较强的自由基清除能力(P<0.000 1);单因素实验及响应面实验结果显示乳化剂、增稠剂最佳用量分别为3%和0.2%,药液最佳稀释倍数为30倍。护手霜稳定性及pH符合QB/T1857-2013《润肤膏霜》的标准,对DPPH自由基清除率和羟自由基清除率分别为V_(C)的2.17倍和2.79倍。本研究成功研发一款中药抑菌、抗氧化护手霜。Based on the traditional hand cream formulation,the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine were added to prepare a hand cream with excellent antibacterial and antioxidant functions.The active ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis and Rhodiola rosea were extracted by ultrasonic extraction,and their antibacterial and antioxidant abilities were determined by drug sensitivity test and free radical scavenging assay,the product formulations were optimized by one-way experiment and response surface experiment,and their performances were evaluated.The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus was extremely sensitive to the herbal extract(diameter of the inhibition circle >20 mm),and the extract still had strong free radical scavenging ability after 20-fold dilution(P<0.000 1).The results of the one-factor experiment and response surface experiment showed that the optimal dosage of the emulsifier and the thickener were 3% and 0.2%,respectively,and the optimal dilution times of the liquid was 30 times.The stability and pH of the hand cream comply with the standard of QB/T1857-2013 “Emollient Cream”,and the scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl radicals were 2.17 times and 2.79 times higher than that of V_(C),respectively.This study successfully pioneered a herbal antibacterial and antioxidant hand cream.
