摘  要:探寻中国特殊教育知识生产逻辑及其知识贡献,不但对完善中国式现代化的理论支撑、坚定中国道路自信和制度自信具有重要意义,而且对促进中国特殊教育知识世界传播、提升中国特殊教育大国地位和话语能力具有显明价值。揭示中国特殊教育知识的生产逻辑,要回到世界特殊教育知识格局变动和国家制度这个认识论分析框架与理论视角。通过重点分析75年来中国特殊教育知识生产过程发现,特殊教育人民性是中国特殊教育知识生产的创生源头和核心逻辑。特殊教育人民性不仅是价值观,也是方法论。它来自马克思主义政党的根本属性,也来自中国特色的社会主义国家制度。特殊教育人民性一脉相承,贯穿在中国特殊教育变革的不同历史时期,分别形成了与民族独立和为无产阶级政治服务交融的特殊教育人民性、与提高民族素质交融的特殊教育人民性、与民生福祉和强国建设交融的特殊教育人民性。发展好特殊教育人民性,要坚持马克思主义理论范式、基于中国问题的实践逻辑,以及政治范式和法治范式驱动的路径。Exploring the production logic and its contribution to special education knowledge is not only of great significance to improving the theoretical support of Chinese-style modernization and strengthening the confidence of China’s road and system,but also of great value to promoting the dissemination of Chinese special education knowledge to the world and enhancing the status and discourse ability of China’s special education.To reveal the production logic of China’s special education knowledge,it should return to the epistemological analysis frame and theoretical perspective of the change of the world special education knowledge pattern and the national system.Through analyzing the process of knowledge production of China’s special education in the past 75 years,it finds that the people-oriented nature of special education is the source of creation and the core logic of knowledge production of China’s special education.The people-oriented nature of Special education is not only a value,but also a methodology.It comes from the fundamental attributes of Marxist political parties,but also from the socialist state system with Chinese characteristics.The people-oriented nature of special education has been inherited in different historical periods of China’s special education reform.It has respectively formed the people-oriented nature of special education which is integrated with national independence and political service for the proletariat,with the improvement of national quality,and with the well-being of people’s livelihood and the construction of a strong country.To well develop the people-oriented nature of special education,it must adhere to the Marxist theoretical paradigm,the practical logic based on China’s problems,and the path driven by the political paradigm and the rule of law paradigm.
