摘  要:《国际功能、残疾和健康分类(儿童与青少年版)》(ICF-CY)是一种国际认可并通用的结构体系,在残疾人康复领域有着广泛的应用。教康结合是孤独症个体干预的重要理念。ICF-CY在孤独症儿童青少年教育康复中的应用价值体现在理念价值、编码价值和合作价值三个方面。ICF-CY在孤独症儿童青少年教康结合中的应用思路可从课程开发、评估工具开发以及背景因素的支持三个方面入手。同时讨论应用中的不足并提出建议,以期为孤独症儿童青少年的教育和康复提供参考和借鉴。The International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(Children and Youth Version)(ICF-CY)is an internationally recognized and universal structural system,which has a wide and profound application in the field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.The combination of education and rehabilitation is an important concept for individual intervention of autism spectrum disorder.The application value of ICF-CY in the education and rehabilitation of autistic children and youth is embodied in three aspects of concept value,coding value and cooperation value.The application of ICF-CY in the combination of education and rehabilitation for autistic children and youth can be started from three aspects of curriculum development,assessment tools development and background factors support.At the same time,the shortcomings of the application are discussed and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the education and rehabilitation of autistic children and youth.
