摘　　要：以“新时代信息资源管理的学科建设和人才培养”为主题的“首届全国信息资源管理年会暨博士生学术论坛”围绕信息资源管理学科发展战略、人才培养模式革新、推动传统学科转型、聚焦数据科学前沿、探索学科交叉融合、AI赋能学科建设与人才培养等主题进行了深入研讨。文章综述研讨会的主要观点,呈现新时代信息资源管理学科建设与人才培养的新理念、新成果和发展趋势,助力学科可持续发展。With the theme of"Discipline Construction and Talent Cultivation of Information Resource Management in the New Era",the First National Annual Conference on Information Resource Management and Doctoral Academic Forum held in-depth discussions on the development strategy of information resource management discipline,innovation of talent training model,traditional discipline transformation,frontier of data science,interdisciplinary integration,AI-empowered discipline construction,talent cultivation and other themes.By summarizing the main points of the seminar,this article presents new concepts,achievements and development trends of information resource management discipline construction and talent cultivation in the new era,so as to promote the sustainable development of the discipline.
