元宇宙是颠覆还是噱头?——基于文献计量与质性方法校准的舆情追踪

摘　　要：元宇宙概念受到全社会热议,由于涵括要素众多,其蕴含的技术价值、社会价值、经济价值受到质疑。文章通过文献计量以及基于质性研究方法校准的舆情分析,从学术研究和舆论预期两个视角对元宇宙概念的传播演进和价值维度进行讨论,对舆情研究方法进行创新,并对主体分析部分研究发现进行稳健性检验。研究表明:舆论情感分析显示正向情感大于负向,但扎根理论思想修正的舆情聚类分析显示正向评价多源自对VR、AR、AI等技术及其应用场景的肯定,对元宇宙概念多持有负向情感。文章讨论了元宇宙概念的技术价值、社会价值及经济价值,并提出发展建议。The concept of the metaverse has attracted widespread attention and discussion throughout society,and its technological,social and economic values have been questioned,due to the numerous elements involved.This study discusses the dissemination,evolution,and values of the concept from the perspectives of academic research and public opinion expectations,using bibliometric and qualitative research methods to calibrate public opinion analysis.It innovates public opinion research methods and conducts robustness tests on the results in the main analysis section.The sentiment analysis of the public opinion shows that positive emotions outweigh the negative ones,but the cluster analysis of the public opinion,revised on the basis of grounded theory,shows that positive evaluations come mostly from the affirmation of technologies such as VR,AR,AI and their application scenarios,and negative emotions are mostly held towards the concept of the metaverse.The study discusses the technical,social,and economic values of the metaverse concept,and makes some suggestions for its development.
