技能型创业孵化基地建设实践探索——以广东省轻工业技师学院为例

摘　　要：技能型创业孵化基地是推动技工院校创新创业教育的重要载体,基地顶层框架构建和功能设置是否科学合理直接影响到技工院校创新创业教育工作开展的效果。结合广东省轻工业技师学院建设创业孵化基地的案例,通过与高校创业孵化基地的对比研究,提炼出技能型创业孵化基地在双创教育中的功能特色,为此类基地在广东技工院校的普及提供样本和模板,从而将技能型创业孵化基地打造成培养创新创业人才的摇篮,推动广东技工院校更好地服务于粤港澳大湾区的区域经济建设。Skill-based entrepreneurship incubation base is an important carrier to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education in technical colleges.Whether the top-level framework construction and function setting of the base are scientific and reasonable would directly affect the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the case of building a entrepreneurship incubation base in Guangdong Technician College of Light Industry,the function and characteristics are extracted through comparative study between the entrepreneurship incubation base for college students and the government-led incubation base,and samples and templates to aid in the dissemination are provided for the popularization of such bases in technical colleges in Guangdong.Thus,the skill-based entrepreneurship incubation base is envisioned to become the cradle of nurturing innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and Guangdong technical colleges will be promoted to better serve the regional economic construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
