摘　　要：创新是时代发展的要求,高校旅游管理专业是为社会和地区提供旅游创新人才的重要来源。从我国本科旅游管理专业人才培养现状来看,高校所提供的旅游人才仍不能满足社会和地区发展的需求。粤港澳大湾区的发展,对旅游产业的发展提出了更高的要求。该文以肇庆学院旅游管理专业本科生为研究对象,分析该专业本科生创新能力培养方面的现状,结论对该校及同类型高校旅游管理专业本科生的创新能力培养可供借鉴。Innovation is the requirement of the development of the times,and the tourism management major in universities is an important source of tourism innovation talents for the society and the region.From the perspective of the current situation of undergraduate tourism management talents training in China,the tourism talents provided by universities still cannot meet the need of social and regional development.The development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has put forward higher requirements for the development of the tourism industry.This paper takes the undergraduates of tourism management in Zhaoqing University as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the innovation ability cultivation of undergraduates in this major,and concludes that the innovation ability cultivation of tourism management undergraduates in the university and the same type of universities can be used for reference.
