摘　　要：聚焦国家、山东省重大发展战略以及地方经济社会发展需求,围绕计算机类拔尖创新型人才培养的内在要求,齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)以“产教融合、科教融汇”共享开放协同育人机制为发展契机,以强化学生创新实践能力为目标,坚持强教必先强师,统筹各类科、教、产资源布局建设,打造集师德、教学、科研、实践于一体的数量和质量兼备的产学研融合型师资队伍建设模式,为地方院校计算机类专业创新人才培养所需的师资队伍建设提供参考方案。Focusing on the major development strategies of the state and Shandong province as well as the needs of the local economic and social development,around internal requirements of the training of top-notch and innovative computer talents,Qilu University of Technology(Shandong Academy of Sciences)takes the opportunity of"The integration of industry and education,the integration of science and education"to share the open and collaborative education mechanism,and takes the goal of strengthening students'innovative and practical abilities.We insist that teachers be strengthened before teaching is strengthened and we make overall planning for the construction of all kinds of science,education and property resources,and create a teaching staff construction model of integrating teaching,research and practice,with both quantity and quality.The study provides a reference scheme for the construction of teaching staff needed for the cultivation of innovative talents of major in computer science in local colleges.
