基于“岗课赛证”融通的装备制造类专业课程教学模式改革与实践

摘　　要：介绍了“岗课赛证”融通的课程教学模式在智能控制技术专业课程中的实践应用。该模式以企业岗位需求为根基,课程为核心,有机融合技能竞赛、职业证书能力标准和素质要求,课程通过岗位定课程标准、职业技能证书要求明确课程考核标准、竞赛为标杆和示范的改革设计思路,形成了一种全新的课程教学模式,实现了课程与职业发展的无缝对接。教学实践表明,基于“岗课赛证”的智能控制系统集成与装调课程教学改革,能够有效提高学生职业素养和职业竞争力,满足企业和社会对岗位人才的需求,为他们未来的职业发展奠定坚实基础。This paper introduces the practical application of the teaching mode based on the“post-course-competition-certificate”integration in specialized courses of the major of intelligent control technology.With the demands of post of enterprises as the foundation and the courses as the core,the teaching mode organically integrates the competency standards and quality requirements of skills competitions and vocational certificates.Curriculum standards are set according to relevant posts,curriculum assessment criteria are determined by the requirements of vocational skills certificates,and the teaching reform is designed in accordance with relevant competitions.In this way,a brand new teaching mode is formed which realizes seamless connection between courses and career development.The teaching practice shows that the teaching reform of the course of intelligent control system integration and installation and debugging based on the“post-course-competition-certificate”integration can effectively improve the students professional accomplishment and competitiveness,meet the needs of enterprises and the society for post talents,and lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
