福利经济学视角下医疗保险对居民幸福感的影响——基于CGSS的实证研究

摘　　要：在福利经济学视角下,以多元线性回归模型为基础,研究医疗保险对幸福感的影响。研究发现:医疗保险,特别是商业保险对幸福感提升具有积极作用;相比没有任何医疗保险的居民,基本医疗保险显著提升了居民的幸福感;同时购买基本医疗保险和商业保险的居民幸福感更高。据此提出加大医保财政投入、扩大宣传力度、稳妥推进市场化改革和扩充公共消费需求表达渠道等建议,以进一步提高广大居民的幸福感和福利。From the perspective of welfare economics,based on multiple linear regression models,the study investigates the influence of medical insurance on people’s sense of happiness.The result shows that medical insurance,especially commercial insurance,has a positive effect on the improvement of people’s sense of happiness.Compared with residents without any medical insurance,basic medical insurance significantly improves their sense of happiness and residents who purchase both basic medical insurance and commercial insurance have a higher sense of happiness.Based on this,it is advisable to increase financial investment in medical insurance,expand publicity efforts,steadily promote market-oriented reforms,and expand channels for expressing public consumption demand,so as to further improve the sense of happiness and welfare of members of society.
