河北省优秀传统文化“两创”的价值意蕴、机制构建和发展策略研究

摘　　要：新时代,文化在支撑社会和经济发展方面的作用逐步凸显。基于河北省高质量发展的需要,挖掘河北省优秀传统文化“两创”在唤醒时代精神文化基因、奠定文化自信心理基础和构筑经济振兴文化基石等方面的价值意蕴,构建融合创新、协同发展和民众参与运行机制,并探寻河北省优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的未来前景与发展策略。In the new era,the role of culture in supporting social and economic development has gradually become prominent.Based on the needs of high-quality development in Hebei,the present study first explores the value implications of the creative transformation and innovative development of the fine traditional culture of Hebei in awakening the cultural gene of the spirit of the times,laying the psychological foundation of cultural confidence,and building a cultural cornerstone for economic revitalization,then establishes the operation mechanism of integrated innovation,collaborative development,and public participation,and finally further explores the future prospects and development strategies of the creative transformation and innovative development of the fine traditional culture of Hebei.
