摘　　要：双孢蘑菇集中供料带动农民周年化栽培作为循环农业的一种典型范式,可以充分利用资源,促进废弃物资源的再利用,是协调经济发展和生态保护的一种有效路径。工厂化带动农民周年化栽培可以通过改善要素合理配置,在缓解都市农业劳动力和原材料紧缺问题、增加农民收入和改变农村环境方面发挥了重要作用。研究通过案例分析的方法,利用中国上海市2010—2023年双孢蘑菇产业经济统计数据,分析了产业发展现状(数量和质量)、生产模式(传统的和工厂化的)、效益(经济效益和生态效益)。结果表明:工厂化模式相比传统模式,在技术应用、组织经营和市场销售方面更具有优势;工厂化集中供料模式发挥的分工优势,实现了专业化分工和比较优势,具有经济效益和生态效益;工厂化集中供料带动农民周年化栽培模式是一种可持续性的都市循环农业模式的范例,也是未来食用菌产业发展的趋势之一。As a typical paradigm of circular agriculture,the centralized feeding of Agaricus bisporus drives the annual cultivation of farmers,which can fully utilize resources and promote the reuse of waste resources.It is an effective path to coordinate economic development and ecological protection.Factorization can drive the annual cultivation of farmers by improving the rational allocation of factors,which plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of urban agricultural labor and raw materials,increasing farmers’income,and changing the rural environment.The study used case analysis to analyze the current development status(quantity and quality),production mode(traditional and factory),and benefits(economic and ecological benefits)of the Agaricus bisporus industry in Shanghai,China from 2010 to 2023.The results show that the factory model has more advantages in technology application,organizational management,and market sales compared to traditional models;The division of labor advantage of the factory centralized supply mode has achieved specialized division of labor and comparative advantages,with economic and ecological benefits;The centralized supply of factory materials drives the annual cultivation model of farmers,which is an example of a sustainable urban circular agriculture model and also one of the trends in the future development of the edible mushroom industry.
