江苏高水平大学群体的学科生态考察

摘　　要：为跟进国家“双一流”建设的步伐,江苏省启动实施了“高校优势学科建设工程”。从ESI前1%学科评估、国家一流学科建设、省优势学科三个维度出发剖析江苏高水平大学群体学科建设特点,有利于进一步探索江苏高水平大学群体的学科建设方向。江苏高水平大学群体的学科发展呈现出强大实力,但是校际之间、区域之间、学科之间存在较大差异,发展很不均衡。江苏高水平大学群体的学科建设既要考虑整体情况,又要具体问题具体分析,充分考虑个别差异,以实现优势互补和资源的优化配置。In order to follow up the pace of the national"double first-class"construction,Jiangsu Province launched the"Construction project of Superior Disciplines in universities".The characteris⁃tics of group discipline construction in Jiangsu high-level university are analyzed from three dimen⁃sions:ESI top 1%discipline evaluation,national first-class discipline construction and provincial su⁃perior discipline construction,which is conducive to further exploring the direction of discipline con⁃struction in Jiangsu high-level university group.The discipline development of Jiangsu high-level university group shows a strong strength,but there are great differences among universities,re⁃gions and disciplines,and the development is very unbalanced.The discipline construction of highlevel universities in Jiangsu should not only consider the overall situation,but also analyze specific problems and fully consider individual differences in order to achieve complementary advantages and optimal allocation of resources.
